dc.description.abstractEsta guía se ha elaborado para dar a conocer el Acuerdo Regional sobre el Acceso a la Información, la Participación Pública y el Acceso a la Justicia en Asuntos Ambientales en América Latina y el Caribe (Acuerdo de Escazú), proporcionar orientación e información a los Estados Parte y a otros interesados para el pleno cumplimiento de las disposiciones que en él se establecen, apoyar a los Estados que estén considerando ser Parte en el Acuerdo y contribuir a que el público en general conozca el Acuerdo con mayor profundidad.
