Abstract
Analiza la importancia de efectuar una evaluacion del impacto ambiental al realizar proyectos de desarrollo. Indica que actividades deberian ser objeto de evaluaciones de impacto ambiental describiendo brevemente el contenido de la evaluacion. Se refiere ademas al papel que podria desempenar el Centro Panamericano de Ecologia Humana y Salud (ECO) en este campo.
