Abstract
This report of the Economic Commission for Latin America and the Caribbean comprises three sections. The first is devoted to issues requiring action by the Economic and Social Council or being brought to its attention; the second contains the report on the activities carried out by the Commission between January 2010 and December 2011, and the third concerns the thirty-fourth session of the Commission, held in San Salvador, from 28 to 31 August 2012.
