| prasc.description.abstract | This document provides an example of census campaign components prepared by the Statistical Institute of Belize for the 2020 round of the Population and Housing Census (PHC). Such a document complements a communications plan to support its organization and implementation. Included are recruitment, collection and disseminaiton activities and key messages and allow for the organization of objectives, milestones, key objectives and audiences. This is especially useful for large-scale programs, such as the PHC and further can be useful for other surveys or advocacy activities. Note that due to COVID-19, the actual dates of activities differed, however the content provides a good example of a communicaions plan. |
