dc.description.abstractIntenta determinar que proporcion de los recursos asignados a servicios sociales en el presupuesto nacional son destinados a la poblacion femenina y comprobar el grado de equidad en la distribucion de tales recursos. Describe la situacion de la mujer en San Vicente, condicion legal y lugar que ocupa en la estructura de la poblacion. Examina la participacion de la mujer en la fuerza de trabajo, especialmente en la agricultura, industrias orientadas a la exportacion, servicio publico, y su nivel economico a traves de cifras de distribucion del ingreso.
