dc.description.abstractEl programa de actividades desarrollado por la CEPAL en el campo de las proyecciones se describe por separado respecto de las proyecciones demograficas, las macroeconomicas (globales y sectoriales) y las de productividad y empleo. Las proyecciones demograficas constituyen una tarea continua del CELADE y se refieren a la poblacion total, econimicamente activa, por sexo, edad y areas urbana y rural. El modelo macroeconomico analiza el crecimiento economico y sus implicaciones. Se describen brevemente la metodologia y los resultados mas recientes de ambos tipos de proyecciones
