prasc.description.abstractThis document presents the Permanent Random Numbers (PRN) sampling method that is easy to visualize, understand and apply. It also allows for some easy techniques for sample rotation, sample coordination between surveys and the management of births and deaths. Additionally, since it is a form of simple random sampling, the weighting theory is straightforward.
