dc.description.abstractAnaliza la relacion entre el sector agricola y el sector externo, es decir, entre los gastos por importacion de alimentos y el ingreso de divisas por exportacion de alimentos. Expone ademas las deficiencias estructurales que entraban la movilizacion de recursos entre estos dos subsectores, enfatizando la necesidad de acciones especificas tendientes a corregir dicha situacion estructural.
