The prominent Mexican economist and politician Santiago Levy, a Nonresident Senior Fellow at the Brookings Institution, gave a keynote lecture on Friday, November 24 at the main headquarters of the Economic Commission for Latin America and the Caribbean (ECLAC) in Santiago, Chile, in which he analyzed the state of social protection and productivity in the region.
