dc.description.abstractThis Guide offers the public information on opportunities for participating in the institutional mechanisms of the Regional Agreement on Access to Information, Public Participation and Access to Justice in Environmental Matters in Latin America and the Caribbean (EscazĂș Agreement). It also helps to improve understanding of current procedures and existing bodies, strengthens the capacities of the public and facilitates public participation in implementation and follow-up of the Agreement.
