dc.description.abstractAnaliza la controversia sobre los problemas del desempleo en America Latina, su naturaleza y causas, y las medidas que habria que aplicar para erradicarlos. Examina la relacion entre educacion y empleo concluyendo que los problemas mas importantes de ambos estan muy ligados a la segmentacion economica, social, cultural y politica de la sociedad, y que las politicas que se apliquen deben tomar en consideracion este hecho.
