dc.description.abstractInforme de la Reunión que tuvo por objetivo: a) realizar una evaluación técnica de las actividades de agroprocesamiento en pequeña escala en los países de la OECO, tecnología en uso, y nivel de práctica industrial; b) examinar los problemas operacionales y logísticos que afectan las operaciones comerciales de las unidades de agroprocesamiento en pequeña escala que usan principalmente materiales locales para procesar; y c) estudiar y realizar recomendaciones sobre actividades futuras del proyecto para promover comercialmente el agroprocesamiento en pequeña escala, rural, ligado al sector productivo primario en los países de la OECO.
