dc.description.abstractWinston Dookeran, former Foreign Minister of Trinidad and Tobago and current Secretary-General of Euclid University, gave a keynote lecture on Wednesday, October 25 at the main headquarters of ECLAC in Santiago, Chile, in which he addressed the Caribbean subregion’s current and future prospects.
