dc.description.abstractExamina la naturaleza del proceso de acumulacion en la region. Sostiene que este presento dos falencias importantes que son: su mayor dependencia del exterior, tanto de la inversion directa extranjera como del financiamiento externo y la menor importancia relativa de la inversion privada local en relacion con la estatal, rasgos que dejan de manifiesto la debilidad relativa de los empresarios privados locales en el proceso de acumulacion de capital.
