dc.description.abstractEl objetivo principal del presente Boletín FAL es atender a la interrogante de si la infraestructura tecnológica disponible en la región constituye una limitación para la recuperación post pandemia. En el documento se describe por qué la infraestructura tecnológica existente a la fecha no es una limitante para la recuperación, sino todo lo contrario, ya que resalta el rol clave que ha desempeñado la infraestructura tecnológica en la reducción del impacto de la pandemia. Se finaliza destacando la importancia de seguir desarrollando este tipo de infraestructura en la región mediante un conjunto de reflexiones y recomendaciones.
