dc.description.abstractThis FAL Bulletin presents a theoretical and policy perspective on the issue of transport governance. The document offers a summary of the key concepts related to governance, as such, and then analyses the way in which the issue of governance has been approached in transport studies. It then analyses examples of how international policy forums and initiatives, global and regional, dealt with this subject matter. The concluding section formulates some proposals for the LAC policy dialogue on transport governance.
